If you have checked out the site you know one of the races I am training for is the Baltimore Marathon on 17 Oct 2015. I recently started Hal Higdon’s 18-week training plan. I will post brief updates on my progress once a week. Feel free to ask questions and send encouragement! I’m hoping that letting you see what I am doing will hold me to the plan and get me race ready for the Baltimore Marathon. On the rest days I will be running a mile to keep the run streak alive!
